Purchased a Dining Chair or Sofa but Some Parts Are Missing from the Box — What Could Be the Reason?

If you purchased a dining chair or sofa and noticed that some parts (such as chair legs or sofa armrests) appear to be missing during assembly, we recommend checking whether your product has a zipper or Velcro on the bottom.
For certain models, some or all accessories are stored inside a compartment located underneath the seat or sofa base. You can also confirm this by carefully reading the product manual.
