1. Description of delivery scope
For orders in the United States, our after-sales reissue service (including complete products or accessories) currently only supports delivery within the continental United States.
The following areas are currently not within the delivery scope:
Puerto Rico (PR)
Hawaii (HI)
Alaska (AK)
2. Why can I place an order at the time of purchase, but cannot reissue it after-sales?
Some orders may be fulfilled by Fulfillment by Amazon (FBA). Amazon's logistics network covers a wider area and can deliver goods to remote areas including PR, HI, and AK.
However, when after-sales reissue is required directly by our company, the delivery scope of the cooperative logistics provider used is limited to the continental United States, so the package cannot be delivered to the above three regions.
3. What should you do if you encounter this situation?
If your order address is in PR, HI or AK and you need after-sales reissue, please contact Amazon customer service for further solutions. Amazon customer service will provide you with corresponding assistance according to their logistics policies.
