You can manage your order and check its real-time shipping status directly on the "Order Details" page within your account. Please review the following policies regarding changes to your order.
1. Order Modifications and Cancellations
Once your order status has been updated to "Shipped," our automated fulfillment system prevents us from making any further changes.
After an order has shipped, we CANNOT:
Cancel the order.
Modify order details (such as changing the product or quantity).
Update the shipping address.
What to do:
Before Shipping: If you need to make changes, please check your order status immediately. If it has not yet been marked as "Shipped," you may contact us to request a modification.
After Shipping: If you still wish to change your order after it has left our warehouse, we recommend refusing the delivery when the package arrives. Once the package is returned to us, you can place a new order for the correct items or address.
2. How to Get Your Invoice
Need a copy of your invoice for your records? You don't need to wait for customer support!
Self-Service: You can view and download your official order invoice directly from the "Order Details" page in your account at any time.

If your situation is not covered by the points above, or if you encounter any issues while attempting to modify an unshipped order, please contact our Customer Service Team.
When reaching out, please specify:
Your Order Number.
The specific change you are requesting (e.g., address update, item change).
