Shipping Address Requirements & Regional Restrictions

To ensure the successful and timely delivery of your order, please review our shipping address policies and regional limitations.

1. No Delivery to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO Addresses

We are currently unable to process shipments to P.O. Box addresses or APO/FPO/DPO military addresses.

• Why? Our primary shipping carriers require a physical street address (residential or business) to complete the delivery, as parcels of this size/type cannot be accepted or stored at P.O. Box locations.

• What to do: Please provide a valid physical street address during checkout.

• Next Steps: If you have already placed an order with a P.O. Box address, please contact our support team immediately with your correct physical address to avoid further delays. Once updated, we will process your shipment right away.

2. US Regional Shipping Restrictions (Non-Contiguous States)

Please be advised that our logistics network has specific coverage limitations within the United States.

• Non-Delivery Zones: Our partner carriers do not currently provide delivery or after-sales replacement services to the following regions:

  • AK (Alaska)

  • HI (Hawaii)

  • PR (Puerto Rico)

  • GU (Guam)

• Policy on Replacements: Please note that if an item requires an after-sales replacement or part reshipment, these services are also unavailable for the regions listed above.

3. Tips for a Successful Delivery

To prevent your order from being held or returned to our warehouse:

• Double-Check: Ensure your house/apartment number, street name, and zip code are 100% accurate.

• Contact Number: Provide a valid phone number so the carrier can contact you if there are issues finding your location.

• Commercial Addresses: If shipping to a business, please include the company name and any specific suite or floor numbers.

Need to update your address? If your order has not yet been marked as "Shipped," please contact our Customer Service Team immediately with your order number and the new physical address. We appreciate your cooperation in helping us get your items to you as quickly as possible!
