How to Identify Your Carrier
Once your order has been dispatched, you can identify your assigned carrier using the following methods:
Shipping Confirmation Email: The name of the carrier and your tracking link will be explicitly listed in the email we send you.
Tracking Format: * UPS: Usually starts with
1Z.FedEx: Typically a 12 or 15-digit numeric code.
DHL/DPD/GLS: Formats vary, but the link in your email will take you directly to their respective portals.
Can I Choose a Specific Carrier?
Currently, our system automatically selects the best carrier based on the package weight, dimensions, and your specific delivery address to ensure the shortest transit time. Therefore, we cannot manually assign a specific carrier at the time of purchase.
